Mission & Goals
Dent-ed-online’s mission is to strengthen the quality of oral health care in our community by offering continuing education opportunities to dental health professionals that will enhance their treatment skills. To accomplish our mission, our goals are to:

Meet Our Team
Jessica began her dental career as a dental assistant in Georgia. She fell in love with dentistry and pursued her dental hygiene degree, graduating in 2005 from Georgia Perimeter College. Her clinical career provided her with experience in general, pediatric, and periodontal offices.
Jessica moved to the Chattanooga area in 2013. She began her career in dental education in 2016. In 2020 she graduated from Western Governors University with a Master of Health Leadership degree. She loves working with Dent-Ed and helping others further their knowledge and skills in dentistry.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling with her husband and 2 dogs. If she is not working, you can find her on a local hiking trail or driving across the country on an adventure.

Executive Director / Instructor

Kelly Gross is one of the original instructors with Dent-ed-online. She has been teaching Sealant Application and Coronal Polishing with Dent-ed-online for over 14 years. She is a highly knowledgeable Dental Hygienist and Educator. She demonstrates professionalism and efficiency when she teaches or when she is clinically working. Kelly has practiced Dental Hygiene for over 41 years, both in periodontal and general practice. She is still going strong working clinically 4 days a week and teaching.
Kelly is highly active within her local and state Dental Hygiene Organizations. She has served as the State’s Speaker of the House, Vice President and ADHA Delegate. She currently is serving as Knox Area’s President. When she is not clinically working or teaching, Kelly takes time for her family.
Kelly has been happily married for 24 years to her husband Mark. They have one daughter, Jaden who is attending WKU and will hopefully be entering Occupational Therapy School in 2025. When Kelly finds time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, and reading.

Dentistry is in Diana's blood - her grandfather, father and brother were all in dentistry. She was destined to enter dentistry. She been a dental hygienist for over 40 years and have loved every minute of it. Diana graduated from Lexington Technical Institute with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene and then received a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from East Tennessee State University. She is passionate about guiding her patients and colleagues in skills that will improve their dental care practices.
Diana is an instructor for Dent-Ed-Online, a clinical hygienist for a general dentist, a professional educator on behalf of WaterPik, Inc., and a lifestyle coach. She is an active member of her professional organization and dedicated to learning the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and professional development. When she's not working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Diana was always taught “to treat everyone like you would want to be treated.” She lives by that statement, and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
Diana Saylor, RDH, BSDH
Instructor

Mollie is an enthusiastic, compassionate, and diligent dental hygienist who enjoys teaching. She received her undergraduate degree in elementary education in 2007. She graduated from Chattanooga State Community College in ‘21 with an associate degree and certificate in Dental Assisting. In ‘23 she graduated summa cum laude with her associates in dental hygiene. While at Chatt State, she served as class president for both dental assisting and dental hygiene classes. She received the Leadership Award and the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society Award. Mollie is serving as her local dental hygiene association's president this year. She is currently practicing dental hygiene in Chattanooga. She is very excited to be a part of the Dent-Ed faculty to help her fellow dental professionals grow in their hands-on skills.
Outside of working in the dental community, Mollie is a wife of 16 years to Jonathan and mother of Bennett (14), Aubrie (13), and Everett (8). She lives on breakfast food and good BBQ, loves to sing in her church choir, and has quotes from The Office at the ready for any occasion.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to all of us at Dent-Ed-Online. All of the personal and professional information we gather is for our use only and will never be divulged to others. If you are ever contacted by someone who indicates they received your personal information from Dent-Ed-Online, please contact us immediately. They have violated privacy laws and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. With your written permission we will release information only to professional groups you specify (Academy of General Dentistry, State Boards, etc.) indicating basic education or continuing education courses have been taken. Only secure servers utilizing the latest encryption technologies are used to gather information. Employees of Dent-Ed-Online never have access to that information nor is it recorded and/or stored at our offices. If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact us.
Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel a course within 30 days of registering for it, and you have not completed any practice tests, you will receive a full refund. If you start the course by taking practice tests and do not wish to continue, you will receive a 50% refund. If the course involves a hands on clinical portion, you must cancel 14 days before the clinical date to receive a refund.
